We had spoken to several realtors before we found Cheryl and it was immediately obvious that she was a step above, although new to the ASU/ Tempe Student Housing market she took the time to research and share allowing us to make an excellent choice for our needs but which would give us a long term option. All this despite being very pregnant, and dealing with the AZ heat (she gave birth a week after we closed) and was very available and willing. Then during the negotiation and filled the shortcomings of the sellers agent she got the price down and got closing costs paid. I like to look at every aspect and Cheryl allowed us to hone a wish list to best fit. She was committed to our needs but willing to advise on security or external costs which could negatively effect our new home value (security, leased land costs etc). I'm sure she will do just as good a job when she helps us find our next property and if we decide to sell this one.
